Refund & Return Policy

At EcoNaturals, we take great care to deliver high-quality, natural wood-pressed and bull-driven oils, ghee, and related products.
As our products are consumable in nature, we follow a strict but fair Refund & Return Policy to ensure customer safety and transparency.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong product delivered

  2. Damaged or leaking product received (must be reported within 48 hours)

  3. Missing items in the order (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (unless damaged on arrival).

  • A clear photo/video proof of the issue must be provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of consumable food products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Customerโ€™s dislike of texture, taste, aroma, or natural variations

  • Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or clearance sales

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only after verification of the issue.

Refunds will be issued when:

  • The order is canceled before dispatch

  • A wrong, damaged, or missing product claim is verified

  • The product cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 3โ€“7 working days after approval.

  • Bank/UPI/gateway processing times may vary.


4. Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible for return:

  • A free replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received or after issue verification (for damaged/missing cases).

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

  • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered to the wrong address by the courier

Please contact us within 24 hours for resolution. Courier investigations may take 2โ€“5 business days.
