EcoNaturals (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides natural wood-pressed, bull-driven oils, and related products.
By using this Website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

  • All products sold on EcoNaturals.in are natural, wood-pressed/bull-driven oils, and traditional food products.

  • Product descriptions, images, and details are provided for customer understanding; actual products may vary slightly due to natural variations.

  • We do not guarantee any specific health benefits from our products.

  • Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

3. Orders

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product; we reserve the right to accept or reject orders.

  • Orders may be canceled by us in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Cancellation policies apply (see Section 7).

4. Payment

We accept online payments through approved payment gateways.
Accepted methods may include:

  • Wallets

You agree not to use any fraudulent payment information.
Payments must be completed before order processing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be shared.

  • Delivery charges may apply based on order weight, location, or offers available at the time of purchase.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Since our products are food-grade consumables, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours with photos/video)

  • Missing items (reported within 48 hours)

Refund or replacement will be processed only after verification.
Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and bank processes (usually 5–7 business days).

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Customer’s dislike of texture, aroma, or taste (natural variations are expected)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  • If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Pricing & Taxation

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.

  • Additional charges (shipping, COD fees, etc.) will be displayed during checkout.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on EcoNaturals.in—including logos, product descriptions, images, text, graphics—is the intellectual property of EcoNaturals and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • EcoNaturals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

  • Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the order.
