We currently deliver to Hyderabad and nearby areas only.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not free and are calculated based on the total cart value at checkout.

  • Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment

  • Charges may vary depending on order size, weight, and delivery location

  • Eco Naturals reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days within serviceable areas

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or logistical constraints

  • Delays caused by external factors do not qualify for refunds

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate

  • Eco Naturals will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

  • Re-delivery, if applicable, may attract additional charges

6. Packaging & Safety

All products are packed with utmost care to avoid leakage or damage during transit. However, customers are requested to record an unboxing video for any damage or leakage claims.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

In case of damaged, leaked, or missing items:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share order details along with photos/videos for verification

  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted

Approved cases will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.
