At Eco Naturals, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural, bull-driven wood-pressed oils and products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of our products (edible oils and natural consumables), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, kindly share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/leakage claims)

Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Refunds & Replacements

  • If your claim is approved after verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, based on product availability.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics issues

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Taste or preference issues (as products are natural and traditionally made)
